And it feels AMAZING. I feel in control. I feel normal. I have to be careful though, and not let this go to my head, because I'm sure not out of the woods yet. I can't expect to believe that 11 days without sugar has "cured" me. But it's a great start. YIPPEE!!!
I can't believe I just typed "11 days without sugar".
I just finished a peanut butter banana protein smoothie with soy milk, all sugar free, and it tasted plenty sweet to me. It tasted like dessert. Oh that makes me so happy (giggle!).
Plus, I finally, finally put exercise back in my routine since starting this month-long-sugar-free-binge. I can just feel those endorphins kicking right in. And that is my Thank You for tonight.
I'm grateful for my Kari Anderson DVD workouts. Kari is a great teacher and motivator - her workouts are so much fun!
